Want To Play?
At UC Davis we believe that anybody who wants to play, should play. We offer three teams for you to play on. We have a highly competitive Division One Tournament team, a competitive learners team in the National B division, and a beginner's team, reffered to as the Practice Team. If you want to play, we will find you a spot on one of these three teams, guaranteed. Anybody registered at UC Davis can play whether they are a freshman or a graduate student. All players must pay dues at the start of every quarter if they wish to play. Just a casual warning: we practice at night and practices generally last until midnight. Sorry, but that's when we get rink time.
Wanted: High School Tournament Players
Our club is looking to attract players who have tournament experience coming out of high school. We would gladly host you at our Hockey House for a weekend and provide you with a tour of the school and a visit to our rink to preview what your life might be like if you come to UC Davis. We can arrange for you to visit the dorms, visit a class, or even meet a professor. Anything you would like to do is possible. All you have to do is ask. Please email our club president Matt Brown to arrange a visit. Parents are welcome to email as well.
Looking for a Women's Team in Davis?
The UC Davis Roller Hockey club has a long history of actively involved women. Currently, our B team goalie, Sarah Johnson, is one of the three active female players in the WCRHL! Traditionally, there has been a small but dedicated cadre of women in Davis who have played on our affiliated Women's Roller Hockey team. Though we do not as yet have enough interest to merit the formation of a team, we are eager to do so. Please contact Matt Brown if you are interested.
